- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During festive seasons, sales, or high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Time

- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
- Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- Remote or rural locations may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Charges

- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.
- Free shipping offers may be available on selected orders or promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery status.

Delayed or Undelivered Orders

Replacement Policy

We take great care in checking every product before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a replacement under the conditions below.

Eligible for Replacement

- The item has a manufacturing defect

Replacement Conditions

- Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
- Clear photos or videos of the issue may be required for verification

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement will not be accepted for:

- Minor color variation due to screen settings or lighting
- Damage caused after delivery
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered
- Requests made after the allowed time period

How to Request a Replacement

- Photos or video of the product issue
- A brief description of the problem

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange the replacement as soon as possible.
